Kunafa is usually filled in as a pastry however I have thought to share a recipe of kunafa which if filled with egg cream.
Creamy Egg Kunafa Ingredients
1/4 cup spread
1 tsp garlic cleaved
1 tsp coriander leaves
1/4 tsp redchilli powder
1 cup kunafa destroyed
2 tbsp mozrella cheddar
salt to taste
spread for brushing
For Cream
2 bubbled egg cleaved
1 spring onion cleaved
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 tsp redchilli sauce/hot sauce
salt to taste
coriander leaves
Procedure To Make Creamy Egg Kunafa
Combine as one cleaved bubbled egg, spring onion, pepper powder, red chilli sauce, Mayonaise, coriander leaves and salt.
Squash it well and keep to the side.
In a container soften margarine then, at that point, include garlic chopped, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt (if necessary) and blend it well.
Add the dissolved margarine blend to the destroyed kunafa and blend well until its all around covered.
Brush the dish with margarine and include the portion of kunafa blend and spread well then, at that point, layer it with egg blend ,mozzarella cheddar and again layer with remaining kunafa , press it and seal well and cook.
cook the two sides on oven till fresh.
