Ingredients To Make Kunafa With Pheni
Sugar ¾ Cup Water
1 Cup Lemon Juice
½ Tsp Khoya
4 Tbs Pheni
200g Butter Soft
2 Tbs Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Pistachios Crushed
Steps To Make Kunafa With pheni
In A Saucepan, Add Sugar, Water, Mix Well and Cook Until Sugar Is Dissolved.
Carry It To Boil Then Add Lemon Juice,Mix Well and Set Aside.
In A Bowl,Add Khoya and Crumbles With The Help Of Hands.
Add Cream,Mix Until Well Combined and Set Aside.
In A Bowl,Add Pheni and Crush Well With The Help Of Hands.
Add Butter and Mix Until Well Combined.
On A Deep Dish,Add Crushed Pheni,Press and Spread Evenly.
Presently Add and Spread Khoya and Cream Mixture,Mozzarella Cheese and Press Gently.
Add and Spread Crushed Pheni,Press and Spread Evenly.
Baking Without Oven:
In Pot,Add 1 Pack Of Salt,Place Steamer Rack/Wire Rack (Minimum 2″High) And Preheat On Medium Flame For 15-20 Minutes.
Place Prepared Kunafa,Cover And Bake In Preheated Pot On Medium Flame For 18-20 Minutes.
Baking In Oven:
Prepare In Preheated Oven At 180 C For 12-15 Minutes.
Shower Prepared Sugar Syrup and Garnish With Pistachios and Serve!
Add some lemon drops and cook untill thickens.
Spread this syrup on arranged kunafa.
Embellish it with squashed pistachio.
