Black bean & Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt  ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper  2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained  1 ½ cups frozen corn kernels (or grilled corn)  1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced

1 red bell pepper, chopped  2 tomatoes, chopped  6 green onions, thinly sliced  ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Stage 1: Place olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper in a little container. Close the cover firmly and shake the container until the dressing is very much consolidated.

Stage 2: Combine in a serving of mixed greens bowl beans, corn, avocado, ringer pepper, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.

Stage 3: Shake dressing once more, pour over salad, and prepare to cover.
